Janitor and I pended a trade on December 2nd. We both agreed to send priority, me shipping first. The deal consisted of my Mario Party 4 and $60, for his Suikoden and Suikoden 2. A situation out of my control came up and i told janitor it would be a little while till i could ship. We came to an agreement that i would ship the money as planned, but then he'd have to wait for the game. I sent the money order, dc #ER054587425US, also with signature confirmation signed by J Rangel on Dec 5 at 11 in the morning. I then sent the game a little over a week later, express to make up for it already being late, dc# ER529315185US, also signature confirmation signed by J Rangel on Dec 17 at 11 in the morning. I have emailed janitor on both his gametz and yahoo email accounts as to the stauts of the games he was to send me. I have had no contact with him since i sent the money order. So last night I checked his pending trades to see if he's been on the site in a while, only to see he has traded the games that were supposed to come to me. Janitor traded Suikoden and Suikoden 2 to moogatog. I'm sorry it comes to this, a btr. I would like either the original games in the deal, or my game and money returned, by express mail since i sent him 2 packages by express mail. It is a fact that janitor recieved both the money and the game, now its time to put an end to this please. This btr can come down once we reach a resolution.
