We had traded before and it went very smooth so i figured he was trust worthy and went ahead and sent my half which was a $12.00 Postal Money Order. Well after several email attempts with no response i have no other thing to do except file this BTR against him. When he sends me the game or my postal money order back this will stay. I tried holding out as long as i could but if he continues to ignore me like this then all i can say is i hope he gets his. You know the old saying what comes around goes around and thats what i beleive. So hopefully we can all get together and file one big fraud on him to the police and let the courts do what they have to. No contact from Kyo9599 since I paid. I filed a Paypal dispute, which I won, but this user already cleaned out all the funds from their Paypal account. I guess it's time for legal action. I sent them first since I am newer to the site. After trying to contact him numerous times without a response, I notice 5 BTR reports go up for him. His stats say he has logged in almost daily recently and has not contacted anyone he has traded with. I have been in email contact with some of the people who also posted BTR reports, and police action is being pursued by some. I will not go that far yet. I know things come up, and I will give Alli time to remedy this. In the meantime, this BTR will stay put, and further action will be considered in the near future, unless Alli contacts me. I later recieved word that Alli had sent but did not post a DC#. Weeks past and I still never recieved the game. I contacted him and he said "Hey foxhound Sorry about the delay for your game, It was sent back to me due to illegible printing and I ve been in the hospital with a badly injured Eye, Im resending it to you today." This on the March 16th. I still have yet to recieve anything nor have I got any responses back from my countless messages to him. I have filed a paypal claim and hopefully that will get my money back. He never sent his side of the trade, and now has my Final Fantasy IV Advance. I was also suppose to send him $5, but was going to at least wait until he marked sent. I'm glad I didn't send the $5 paypal as well. I've had 8 successful trades with Alli, and if he didn't log into the site every other day with no contact, would think something serious really may have some up. Unfortunately I haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks and I still have no game. Very disappointed Alli. He says hes been in the hospital, yet he still been logging on here for the past few days and doesn't respond to any of the msgs except the last I heard from him was March 24th which he said he had his mother send the package because he was in the hospital. We pended the trade on March 5th where I send: Nokia 6102 cellphone unlocked complete, cellphone case, Official Nokia headset, Official data cable + CD and him: Peacemaker vols. 2-7 (DVDs) unopened, Children of Mana (DS) unopened, Valkyrie Profile 2: Sylmeria (PS2) complete I mailed mines with insurance and I know he has recieved it already. Insurance tracking #: VD 333 425 346 US yet I still have NOT recieve anything from him. I will be filing for mail fraud as well as its about $150 worth of items there. I will also be contact his local police department. Its not the first time I had police visited those who ripped me off and reprossed my items while arrested him/her/them. Alli - You had your chance, I'm no turnover when you chose the wrong person to rip off. *UPDATE* I already contacted his local Alexandria Police Dept as well as mines. Anyone who is getting ripped by Alli can contact his local police at (703) 838-4444 and they will give you instructions on what to do. I have sent 3 other messages since then - a reminder, and then a couple of warnings. Another BTR was just filed on this user, so I don't see the need to give EXTRA time. Obviously there is something going on, so I am jumping all over a BTR on this person. PLUS - they have been logging in the last couple of days. It pisses me off that someone can log in, but not respond trades. On Monday I will be heading to the Post Office to file Mai Fraud, and I will be contacting the police in VA and also Paypal for fraud. He said he'd pay it back plus $20 interest in a week. A week came around, he paid back the money a day late but with a valid excuse, minus the $20 he promised to the user who spotted him the funds. It's now been past 3 weeks and I still have not received the $20. He's signed on numerous times and continues to avoid my messages. BIG TIME LIAR RedRumZ - Basically sent me three games in supposed "Excellent Condition" yet all three were not in even "fair" condition. After not responding to my 4 messages and emails I just decided to send back rather than work something out. Nothing personal just didnt want games that were listed as bad as what he gave me. He canceled the trade and then states that I ruined his games. Why would I waste the time to make a trade wait for the games scratch them up and then Pay Priority to send them back you DUMBASS.
