savior says: One DVD arrived with no insert despite him telling me beforehand it was complete. Told him it wasn't a big deal, just wish he had checked and/or told me. Said it wasn't his DVD and I never specifically asked about the insert. Not very courteous or honest.
sjword responds: I never said it was complete. I made it clear that if my brother wanted to sell it, I would. It's listed as having the case, and it did. Ask before hand about these things.
